Over the course of her career, she has led operations, strategic planning, asset management initiatives, consulting engagements, business transformations, digital modernization projects, and operational improvement programs across multiple industries.
Valet Operations Labs represents the consolidation of decades of operational experience into a connected operational intelligence platform. The systems that power the platform are not theoretical. They were developed through years of solving operational challenges in real businesses.
Today those lessons continue to evolve inside Bark & Purr Pet Grooming, where new ideas are tested, refined, measured, and validated before being incorporated into the platform.
