Where the customer relationship lives between visits — a logged-in home where a pet owner sees their pet's profile, visit history, and wellness report, instead of that relationship resetting to zero every time the appointment ends.
Add-on — not part of the core four engines. An optional layer that plugs into the core platform for shops that want a dedicated customer-facing home.
Today, most of that relationship lives in email — a wellness report with a secure link, sent once, then gone into an inbox. The Client Portal gives it a permanent address: one place a pet owner can always go back to, see the pet's whole history accumulate over time, and feel the same attentive, wellness-first care the shop delivers in person, between visits too.
The portal — dashboard, pets, appointments, wellness-report viewer, profile — is code-complete and staged. The login, the pet history views, and the report viewer all work end to end in testing.
It is not yet deployed for customers to use. Going live for real customers is a deliberate phase-2 gate, not an oversight: today, wellness reports still reach clients by email with a secure link. The portal is the next step — giving that same report, and the pet's full history, a permanent, logged-in home instead of a one-time email.
A few self-service actions — adding a pet, editing a profile, enrolling in membership from inside the portal — are still "coming soon" placeholders even once it goes live. Those arrive after the initial launch, not on day one.
A logged-in landing spot for the pet owner's account, next visit, and the latest report at a glance.
Every pet on the account, with the details the shop already keeps on file, visible to the owner.
Visit history and upcoming bookings, accumulating as a longitudinal record over time.
The Logbook Report (each tenant gives it its own branded name — at reference tenant Bark & Purr it carries their own label), in its permanent logged-in home instead of a one-time email link.
The customer's own account details — read-only at launch, self-editable soon after.
Enrolling and managing a membership from inside the portal — planned, not yet part of the initial launch.
We'll walk you through what's staged and tested today, and what the phase-2 go-live actually looks like for your customers.
